Your new role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis accountant, your role will be to develop budgeting and forecasting processes that can help the business to grow.
You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on the impact of growth on working capital, cashflow and profitability.
You will work with financial and operational colleagues to understand variances to budget and the impact of commercial changes.
You will develop robust reporting systems and financial processes that will adjust as the company continues to grow.
You will develop financial models to support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
Working with a talented and passionate finance team under an experienced FD you will develop your career as the business expands.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a nearly or fully qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and experience of budgeting and forecasting.
Ideally you will have worked with SAP or a similar large ERP system and have experience of developing and extracting reports using business intelligence tools.
You'll have an interest in working for a fast growing business and be comfortable with the unpredictability that growth will generate.
