We are delighted to be working with a leading UK charity in recruiting to the role of Interim Finance Director.
Reporting into the CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a finance team of 70 staff whilst they complete their process to recruit to the permanent role.

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process and also start to lead the preparation for year-end and audit next year. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading significant-sized teams in the Charities sector and reporting to SORP guidelines.
You will be commercially and culturally aware, with finely tuned reporting skills and the ability to implement cost controls. You will be able to work with your teams to lead and develop whilst meeting robust reporting deadlines.

This role is a priority for the charity and you will be available to interview immediately and start in mid-September. In return, they offer a competitive salary and benefits package including hybrid and flexible working.
