Your new company

This global luxury retailer is looking to expand their team with a new Management Accountant. This opportunity would suit an ACA trained accountant from a Big Four firm who is looking to make their first move into industry. This role will provide you with the opportunity to grow your professional experience with strong guidance, mentoring and training from impressive finance leaders.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, your duties will include:

  • Preparation & processing of month-end journals
  • Monthly management accounts and finance reports
  • Liaise with external Accountants for statutory accounts and audit
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual business plan
  • Forecasting & variance analysis
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders regularly
  • Maintain responsibility for the cash management of the business, processing of payments and the preparation of weekly cash flow projections.
  • Other ad-hoc projects & tasks

What you'll need to succeed

You would be an ACA qualified accountant trained within a Big Four practice who is looking to make your first move into industry. Having experience with retail, manufacturing, FMCG or wholesale clients is desirable but not essential.
