What you'll do:
Be a strategic partner: Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, optimise performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Master financial modelling: Develop sophisticated financial models to forecast, budget, and plan for the future, enabling data-driven strategies.
Own the budgeting process: Lead the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights.
Uncover trends and opportunities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Tell the financial story: Create compelling financial narratives through clear and impactful reporting, presentations, and visualisations.
Drive process excellence: Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline FP&A processes and enhance efficiency.
What you'll bring:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for data and a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
