Job Details
The role sits within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team, the largest specialist transactions tax team in PwCs global network. The team operates on a national basis so that no matter where individuals are located, we bring the best experts to our clients and the broadest range of opportunities to our people. What your days will look like:
- Lead teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced and evolving international deals market
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships as a trusted advisor; leading client engagements and work across our Deals business to lead multi-disciplinary solutions to clients
- Overall responsibility for ensuring successful delivery and management of projects, including financial performance
- Take an active role in contributing to the strategic vision of the Deals Tax Team - working to capture opportunities for growth and diversification.
This role is for you if:
- You have extensive experience, successfully leading teams on M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring & tax modelling.
- You have a strong understanding of indirect and transfer taxes, management taxes and international tax principles
- You have a substantive, proven track record of building internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas.
- You have a proven ability to win client engagements and develop new business relationships with clients.
