Financial Accountant

Your new company
I am currently working with a global insurance company who are looking for an interim Financial Accountant to start as soon as possible on a 6-month contract. Based in London, this role will play an integral part of the finance team, assisting them with all finance needs.

Your new role
This role you will be required to -

• Preparing and entering double-entry journals
• Monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting
• Deliver full month end and reporting statements
• Liaise with senior stakeholders at various levels

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE accountant
• Experience with month-end close and double-entry journals
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Understanding stock and capex accounting
• Strong experience in accounting transactions
