The Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory | Senior Manager role sits within our Corporate Tax team.
We're a leading provider of technology enabled corporate tax compliance and integrated advisory services, working across a prestigious client base. A career within our corporate tax team, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant and trusted adviser on a wide spectrum of tax issues, navigating the evolving UK and international tax landscape.

Our team spans multiple locations across the UK and we work collaboratively, as one team, with overseas centres.
What your days will look like
As a Senior Manager, you'll work alongside our Compliance Centre of Excellence, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid tier clients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing you with opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge and providing opportunities to specialise in particular industries or technical areas.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters, with sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts.
- Proven client relationship and interpersonal skills, sustaining long-term relationships, and managing and building new business through referrals, networking, and spotting client opportunities.
- Effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff, fostering their development.
- Interest in and understanding of broader UK and global business issues. Confidence in discussing these with clients whilst using strong analytical skills. An ability to solve complex issues collaboratively and creatively.
This role is for you if
- Must possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- You have experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters, with sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts.
- You have proven client relationship and interpersonal skills, sustaining long-term relationships, and managing and building new business through referrals, networking, and spotting client opportunities.
- You're an effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff, fostering their development, with strong analytical skills for solving complex problems collaboratively and creatively.
- You have an interest in and understanding of broader UK and global business issues, and confidence in discussing these with clients.
