Your new company
This consultancy business specialising in tax, accounting, and finance, use their knowledge and expertise to provide a range of tax services for their clients. Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking to recruit individuals with experience in tax investigations/ enquiries to join their dedicated team who specialise in this area.
Your new role
Working with clients to manage compliance cases, you will undertake research providing written advice, will provide technical assistance and will liaise with HMRC. You may attend dispute resolution meetings and may in some cases get involved in preparation for tribunal. This role will focus on tax enquiries associated with direct taxes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have gained excellent experience across a range of direct tax matters within the UK in an accountancy practice, a tax role in industry or within HMRC. During your tax career to date, you will have had involvement in supporting clients with tax investigations. Relevant accountancy and/ or tax qualifications would be beneficial but not essential provided relevant experience can be demonstrated.
