Your new company
South Birmingham independent firm seeking to hire a personal tax specialist to manage a varied portfolio which includes HNWIs and trusts. Ideal role for an individual with a strong personal tax background looking to work in a supportive, well-structured firm with excellent staff retention.
Your new role
Working closely with clients and with colleagues within the firm, you will prepare self-assessment tax returns, p11ds and trust returns for a portfolio which varies in complexity. You will also have scope to support clients with tax planning work and further develop advisory services.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent personal tax experience - ideally with experience and knowledge of trusts. Relevant accountancy and/or tax qualifications (ATT/ CTA/ ACA/ ACCA) would be beneficial. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work to deadlines and manage your own workload effectively, as well as being able to work well with others.
