Payroll Advisor *Permanent* up to £40k

Your new company
Hays is proud to partner with a leading international business offering extensive products and solutions as a trusted financial partner. With a reputation for receiving worldwide awards for delivering solid financial plans and service, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their team.

Your new role
As the Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll
  • Reconciling payroll reports
  • Preparing manual payments
  • Updating schedules of all statutory and Shared Parental Leave payments
  • Acting as a point of contact for all payroll and benefit queries
  • Supporting with internal and external audits



What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with managing benefit queries
  • A self-starter with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analysis skills to review output provided by the payroll providers
  • CIPP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong level of commitment to progress and developing one's own skills and knowledge of payroll
