Group Financial Accountant

With divisions based out of Germany, USA, Mexico, South Africa, Poland, China and further afield, with sales in over 40 countries. The Role

Responsible for assisting with the UK & worldwide Group Financial accounting, reporting, and verification (including Budgeting, Forecasting), development of policies and company secretarial support. Supporting the Group Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the production of the UK management reports, including divisional reporting on central costs & and month end schedules including monthly corporation tax estimate postings.
* Management of UK month end file & review for all UK entities.
* Assist with the year-end statutory processes, (year-end accounts & tax pack production)
* Company Secretarial support.
* Support Group Financial Accountant with Insurance claim administration.
* Preparation of statutory accounts
* Assist with the review of subsidiary management accounts Balance Sheets to ensure balances are substantiated and in line with Group policies. (Establishing a process of periodic submission of supporting documents).
* Preparation of the budget and forecast templates and review of completed submissions.
* Assist with the monthly Group consolidation process.
* Assist with the year-end statutory processes.
* Assist with the development of the Group Policy framework and documentation of policies.
* Assist with the development of Group processes & Financial models.
* Company secretarial support

What will I need?

* Agricultural or FMCG experience preferred but not essential
* Financial accounting experience required.
* Audit Experience preferred but not essential
* SME Experience required
* ACA/ACCA qualified.
* Energy
* Drive
