Your new company
We are supporting a PE-backed media business based in the heart of London. They have a large group finance team and are looking to bring in an Interim Financial Reporting Manager to oversee all the group accounting and provide vital information to C-suite leaders. This role is a fixed-term contract covering an internal secondment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be:

  • Leading the audit and challenging the auditors' queries
  • Overseeing IFRS reporting, providing technical guidance on complex issues
  • Manage a small but highly qualified financial reporting team
  • Assist with the group's budgeting and forecasting process
  • Business partner to support the wider business and financial teams

What you'll need to succeed
As an audit trained ACA/CAANZ you will have experience in a Top 10 firm (ideally top 6), you will also have 2/3 years of industry experience in a similar group reporting role.
Most importantly, you will be proactive, ambitious and keen to mentor more junior members of a reporting team.
