Your new company
A Hospitality and Leisure organisation on the outskirts of Southampton require a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Finance Director, and with responsibility for a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Finance for 5+ entities forming this operational group.
You will be a business partner in ongoing conversations with a multitude of key decision makers, building relationships and understanding the challenges across their businesses. You will lead a continuous improvement culture, developing processes and efficiencies within the finance function. You will also lead the production of monthly Management Accounts including P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements, aligned with your responsibility for the preparation of annual budgeting processes.
You will be the senior point of contact for auditors and manage the annual audit process, and also support the Group Finance Director on ad hoc strategic financial management matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified finance professional with experience working within the hospitality space. You will have produced accounts and commentary delivered at board level and have demonstrable success leading a function. You will have advanced Excel skills, have managed event specific finance requirements and have great leadership potential.

What you'll get in return
c£50,000 - £57,000 pa plus a diverse benefits package and free parking.
