Your new company
Your new company is the market leader in their industry in the UK and pride themselves on providing the best possible products and services to their customers. Due to an exciting time of growth, they have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner in their team in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
In this role, you will report on KPIs to the wider business as well as provide recommendations to management on opportunities to improve financial performance. You will be responsible for understanding the key drivers of changes within the business and analysing performance in order to deliver a weekly finance update. You will take part in the month-end process and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with some experience in a similar role. You will be ambitious with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to your work. You will have the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders and be an excellent communicator. Strong excel skills are essential, and you must be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your work.
