Your new role
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring robust cash flow management and strategic planning. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions. Your expertise will guide the finance team towards achieving operational excellence while upholding compliance with financial regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional qualification in finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in cashflow-focused roles within dynamic business environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using finance software systems.
