Your new company
Our client is an SME with their head office based in the Centre of Reading and multiple sites across the South East of England. This well established business is now looking to undertake a period of automation and transformation.

Your new role is a newly created position which will initially be focussed on the reorganisation of the finance and back office function. Managing a small team you will be responsible for the delivery of all financials with an opportunity to transform and innovate the processes and procedures to deliver efficiencies and improvements both internally and to external customers. This role will also encompass managing regulations and compliance as well as the involvement in the development and delivery of strategy.

What you'll need to succeed ACA. ACCA or CIMA qualified you will be an individual who has previously been instrumental in creating processes and controls within a finance function within an SME. You will enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved with the entire finance function. You will actively embrace change, including external market forces and customer-led service requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills will be required along with a collaborative approach to building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
