If so, then this is the role for you.We are currently looking for a Senior Darwinbox HCM consultant to join our presales team. You will work with teams across our Workforce Transformation network, with our alliance partners and with clients, to co-create technology based solutions to the problems they face today, and for the future.
Our Darwinbox team sits within our high growth Workforce Transformation practice. We work with our clients to maximise and realise their investment in HR Technology, through both advisory, implementation and transformation programmes, working with small high growth start-ups to multinational listed organisations. We work at pace and thrive on new challenges, thinking innovatively and working together to solve the most demanding problems in the Workforce. Our core purpose in Workforce Transformation is to support the business in:
  • Delivering value to our clients
  • Innovating to identify new opportunities with HR technology for our clients
  • Ensuring we are commercially fit by remaining competitive in our pricing structures whilst ensuring we retain value

Job Description:
From understanding the customer's problem statement to demonstrating and advocating the best solution on our product, at Darwinbox, the Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in the success of every sales pursuit we make. By leveraging deep Human Resource functional expertise and comprehensive product knowledge - Darwinbox's Solutions Consultants provide expert solutions, presentations, workshops and product demonstrations to the customer throughout the sales cycle.

Job Responsibilities
  • Articulate and differentiate the value of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Darwinbox to enterprises and mid-market clients
  • Leverage in-depth Human Resource functional knowledge to deliver differentiated custom solutions to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs.
  • Highlight the advantages of Darwinbox by providing dynamic product workshops and demonstrations inclined to successfully complete the sales cycle.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and implementation discussions to maintain a smooth workflow and conduct necessary knowledge transfers
  • Build strong relationships with clients so they can propagate their Darwinbox success with another prospect

Requirements: 5+ years of experience including:
  • Value-based selling in an HCM Consulting environment/HR transformation role
  • Specific hands on experience of selling Darwinbox HCM solutions
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
