Our client is a not for profit organisation based in the Chorley region. They provide vital services for vulnerable and at-risk individuals.

Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will manage a small team and lead them to provide an excellent accounting service to the senior leaders. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for all monthly and year end accounting for the charity.
You will also lead on budgeting and forecasting and work with project managers to support on tenders for new business.
You'll look after all taxation, payroll and external reporting for the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced accountant who ideally has experience of working within a regulated industry - charity, housing, or a government regulated industry.
We will also consider applications from accountants with experience of SME business accounting.
You should have leadership skills, and have experience in all aspects of bookeeping, accounting , payroll etc.
