Your new company
We are proud to be supporting a Colchester-based charity in helping to recruit to the role of Finance Manager.
Your new role
Reporting directly into the CEO and Leadership Team, you will have sole-charge responsibility for the Finance function and will lead on all financial, management and statutory reporting. You will lead and manage all aspects of the financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset register, reserves, designated fund management, and financial reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a candidate keen to support a locally based charity and really connect with a wonderful cause. You will be either CCAB Qualified or AAT Qualified with proven experience of working as a Finance Manager in an SME within a charity or commercial organisation.
What you'll get in return
In addition to the competitive salary, the role offers attractive annual leave of 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to a maximum of 33 days with service. The charity also offers and supports hybrid working with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.
