Your new company
Our Blue Chip client is looking for a Management Accountant for a hybrid role, to be part of a large finance team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts which accurately represent company performance. Identify and investigate variances to plan and ensure these are communicated and understood by the business. You will deliver value-adding insights on the performance of the business. Identify and deliver strategies and attend regular management meetings with senior figures from the business. You will also prepare the annual budgets, ensuring clear, achievable budgets linked to benefits and deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or finalist Accountant with strong management accounting skills, with the ability to business partner with key stakeholders in the business. Excellent communication skills along with strong systems skills, including Excel and knowledge of an ERP system.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office, 2 working from home, salary to £55,000 plus 7.5% bonus, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an enhanced pension.
