Your new company
A Financial Services Business in Central Bristol are currently looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a key role in supporting the team preparing financial statements and commentaries for the business and its senior stakeholders. The role will include:

  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure full disclosure notes and commentaries are produced
  • Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work with the finance team to ensure appropriately controlled processes are in place for audit approval
  • Maintain key relationships both internally and externally
  • Responsibility of taxation requirements
  • Support in maintaining a robust financial controls framework
  • Deputise for the Head of Finance where required
  • Take on project work where required

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone that is ACA qualified, potentially looking for their first move from practice into industry, or perhaps a second move having already worked in industry. We could potentially look at candidates that are ACCA or CIMA qualified. Additionally, you will be able to influence and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
