Bookkeeper/Management AccountantHenley-On-ThamesPermanent, Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced bookkeeper / management accountant to join our team. We have a vast range of clients of all different sizes and industries, this position will provide plenty of variety, encompassing bookkeeping, management accounts preparation and VAT work. A good understanding of XERO, double entry accounting and practice experience is key to this role.
Desired skills and experience· Recent and relevant bookkeeping experience including preparing and submitting VAT returns and reconciling control accounts· Previous experience of preparing management accounts· AAT qualified· Xero certified· Experience of Xero reporting, Datamolino, Concur, Expensify and Fathom desirable but not essential· Ability to develop strong client relationships· Hands on, diligent and able to demonstrate excellent client interpersonal skills· Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task· Good attention to detail· Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook· Team player with a strong work ethic and drive· Ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines
