A growing technology SME in Manchester.

Your new role
An interim Finance Manager role, reporting to the Financial Director and leading a small team of 4 staff. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of day to day financial control and reporting. This will include the supervision and leadership of a team of 4 staff, across AP/AR & Payroll and ensuring timely billings and collections, as well as key reconciliations. You will deliver monthly management accounts, along with KPIs and key commercial analysis. You will ensure revenue and cost recognition and manage the cash flow on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience and have previous experience of a Finance Manager or FC role in a fast-moving SME. You will enjoy leading a small team and managing all day-to-day financial processes. You will also be used to delivering monthly accounts and analysis to tight deadlines. Any previous experience of recurring revenue recognition would be an advantage, but isn`t essential. You will be highly IT literate with previous experience of SME accounting packages, such as Sage or Xero, as well as a strong Excel user. Available to start immediately, you will be happy to commit to a three month assignment.
