Your New Role as a Financial Controller/

  • Shape the month-end and close process, ensuring timely reporting within a four-day deadline.
  • Oversee group reporting and compliance.
  • Take charge of P&L and balance sheet management.
  • Skillfully manage cash flow and statutory reporting.
  • Lead and guide an enthusiastic team of four, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive efficiency improvements, streamline processes, and develop new systems.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, where your ideas can become reality.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, showcasing your expertise in technical accounting, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
  • Proven experience in managing month-end processes and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills, allowing you to lead and inspire your team to greatness.
