Our client is a leading European organisation with a strong global presence. Their commitment to excellence and innovation drives their success. As a senior member of the finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in the financial accounting and controllership across multiple entities.

Your new role

  • Financial Accounting: Responsible for the month-end close process and the provision of timely and accurate reporting. Review and control of reconciliations to ensure balance sheet integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of Assistant and Financial Accountants, driving a culture of continuous improvement and improving their efficiency and compliance.
  • SOX Compliance: Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance and contribute to the improvement of review processes and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMAStrong financial accounting background
  • Excellent communication skills to enable you to liaise with and influence other areas of the business
  • Experience of staff management desirable
  • Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
