Payroll Manager

Up to £42,000 depending on experience

Ongoing temporary position

Required availability - starting in June

In office Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Hays are working with an organisation based in Colchester to recruit a Payroll Manager on an ongoing temporary basis. They are looking for an experienced candidate who has overviewed submission of the monthly/ weekly payroll for approximately 2000 employees.

You would manage all HMRC/ pensions submissions and ensure compliance whilst adhering to government legislation and regulations. Further duties include verifying data for payroll and correcting any discrepancies, monthly reporting on payroll costs to the expanded business, coordinating with internal teams to administer statutory payments. You would also be a point of contact for a payroll officer to report to.
