Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, high-growth business in the automotive sector. You will play a key role in the expansion of the business, while making enhancements to how the finance function works.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the production and review of monthly accounts
  • Managing forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning
  • Supporting group with the annual Audit
  • Providing information to support R&D tax claims
  • Managing cash flow and the cash position of the business
  • Partnering with the SLT, supporting the decision-making process
  • Reviewing and enhancing policies, systems and procedures to drive efficiencies
  • Managing two staff members


What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

  • Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Strong management accounts experience
  • Experience improving processes, policies and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
