Your new company
A market leading Retail Group in Blackburn.

Your new role
Initially a 6 month FTC, you will provide dedicated accounting support by producing monthly management accounts and accomplishing key financial close & day-to-day activities efficiently. You will support the Financial Controller & Finance Manager in driving forward projects, achieving business objectives and leading the team to success. The role involves cross-department collaboration, interacting with senior stakeholders, financial reporting and implementing process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with a strong attention to detail, analytical and technical skills. A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders. You will have a pro-active work ethic with high productivity levels and be adaptable to change in a fast moving environment. You will be highly IT literate and proficient in accounting software and Excel, including the creation of reports and analysis.

What you'll get in return
Initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, that could be extended. A generous market salary. Exposure to permanent opportunities across the business.
