Job Details

Accounts Assistant Salary: £24,000

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days WFH)

Main Purpose of Job:To assist in the smooth running of the Finance Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and reconciliation of accounts
  • Accounts receivable duties and month end debt reporting
  • Currency Bank Reconciliations
  • Involvement in External and Internal Audits
  • Assisting the Finance Manager and Head of Finance with ad-hoc duties
  • Involvement in Cash To Master Process
  • Focusing on process improvements
  • Preparing and entering journals into the system

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive with an eagerness to help
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
