Your new company
I am currently working with one of the world's largest private education providers. They consistently have a strong acquisition pipeline and average double figures in completed transactions each year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business committed to executing deals in a role offering brilliant exposure to the wider business.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key responsibilities including:

  • Market analysis and identification of acquisition targets
  • End to end acquisition management including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and integration planning.
  • Model building and analysis
  • Preparation of board presentations for investment approval.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong academic background and have proven experience within a deal environment, either within a corporate business, banking or practice/consulting environment. You will need strong financial modelling and business partnering skills and a passion for the sector. You will also need to be an excellent communicator capable of developing strong working relationships both internally and externally.
