Job Details

A value drive, employee centric, first-class practice is expanding with an Accounts Assistant Manager position based in York. As the Assistant Manager, a typical day would involve:

  • Meeting client needs by working with partners & senior colleagues
  • Client accounts planning & preparations
  • Drafting corporate tax computations
  • Finalisation of accounts/CT computations following client meetings
  • Progressing necessary accounts assignments
  • Support & reviewing the work of team members

To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified, have a proven track record in accounts prep and client relationship management, as well as be knowledgeable about UK GAAP statutory financial statements. You will be able to demonstrate your problem-solving skills, have excellent IT/Excel skills and demonstrate high levels of written and verbal communication.

This role is offering up to £45,000 (DOE) as well as a brilliant benefits package including agile working, your birthday off, private health insurance, flexible annual leave and more.
