Your new company
-Your new firm is a unique and innovative firm of Chartered Accountants working almost exclusively with the social enterprise, providing outsourced finance solutions.
- They act as Finance Directors for many clients and provide payroll, finance support, and management / statutory accounting services. They have grown consistently on the back of its market reputation and now has a team of about 39 staff.

Your new role
Your new role will task you with:
- Responsibility for own client portfolio where you will be working directly with the client and reporting internally, raising issues while exercising judgement within agreed parameters.
- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts for a portfolio of clients where we provide a fully outsourced accounts function
- Managing workflow and accounts delivery on the portfolio
- Delegating appropriate work to Accounts Seniors and Trainees, providing support and supervision as required and ensuring an overall balance of resource utilisation is achieved.
- Consistently achieve deadlines while understanding the commercial implications of productivity and client service.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous client engagement focused experience
- Strong accounting qualifications
- Locality to Woking with access to other sites in Hampshire
- Comfortability working closely with clients resolving issues
