Your new role
Reporting to the UK Head of Finance, you will provide dedicated accounting support by producing monthly management accounts and accomplishing key financial close & day-to-day activities efficiently. You will be an essential asset in driving forward projects, achieving business objectives and leading the team to success. The role involves cross-department collaboration, interacting with senior stakeholders, financial reporting and implementing process improvements. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting. Project work involving creating, leading or supporting projects. Monthly management accounts preparation, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, posting key journals entries, Balance sheet reconciliations. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing robust processes. Assisting with year-end statutory accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant or finalist, with strong business acumen and management accounting skills, who can hit the ground running. You will be available to start quickly and happy to commit to an initial six month Fixed Term Contract.
