Your new company

A highly respected local Accountancy Practice is looking to add an Audit Manager to the team. This could be an excellent chance for someone in an Audit Senior position who would like a big step-up in role and responsibility. A large portion of the Audit portfolio would be covering solicitor accounts.

Your new role

  • Execute high-quality audits from planning and testing through to completion.
  • Competent in the preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts for limited companies.
  • Assist in the training and growth of junior staff members by providing mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Participating in client meetings, fostering excellent working relationships, and contributing to Audit Tenders and Business Development.
  • Assist in the continuous review and enhancement of internal processes and procedures.
  • Help shape the audit team's direction by promoting best practices while ensuring efficiency.
  • Begin to establish your own portfolio of clients to manage and advance

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Limited VISA's could be considered if you have at least 6 months UK Audit / GAP experience.
  • Part or Fully qualified Accountant

What you'll get in return

  • Working at home when not on Audits
  • Role could be part-time covering 100% Audit or Full Time with some year-end accounts work.
  • £50,000 salary
