This client is part of a large reputable group. A multi-academy trust with fantastic educational facilities, with a professional and friendly team.

Your new role

In this 12 month FTC role you will provide operational leadership, financial management support and advice for the individual academies that fall within the region. To contribute, as a senior finance member of the business, to ensure that efficient and effective operational and business management is carried out by sites within the region and to support their opportunities for future growth/ expansion. This is a key hire and central to growth of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and educated to Degree level, with a background in large multi-site organisations and a proven ability to lead, manage, develop, and motivate a professional team. You will have an agile approach to working in a changeable environment. You will also be adept at building relationships, influencing conversations and proficient in stakeholder management. A strategic mindset and awareness of corporate finance are also key in this role.

What you'll get in return

This role offers a competitive salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on your experience level, along with a fantastic benefits package, and a flexible working environment. You will join a well-established team in a well-renowned organisation in a high-profile role.
