Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with this construction company based in Wolverhampton to help them recruit a Finance Analyst. Based in a team of 4, the role is working in the division of a large, multinational company.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the job of the Finance Analyst will be a varied one. It will involve:

  • Assisting with strategic planning
  • Monthly management accounts reporting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cash-flow forecasting
  • Balance reconciliations
  • Variance analysis
  • Working with stakeholders on budget reporting
  • Participating as an active team member within the finance function
  • Maintain, monitor and manage all aspects of financial reporting

What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will either be in the final level of the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification, or be a fully qualified accountant.
