Your new company
My client is a 2 Partner firm on the outskirts of Woking who have a long-established tax portfolio. They have a close-knit team who work closely and support each other with clients. An opportunity is available to join their team in the role of Tax Manager or Tax Consultant, starting in the new tax year.


Your new role
You will be:

  • Responsible for a portfolio for personal tax compliance
  • Clients will be mainly HNWI, Directors of Businesses and the self employed
  • Responsible for gathering information to process for compliance deadlines
  • Offer advice and guidance to clients as needed
  • Review Corporation Tax returns completed by the accounts team
  • Be the point of call for colleagues within the firm who have complex corporate tax queries
  • Be able to give guidance to OMBs on their tax affairs for both personal and company tax efficiency
  • Be familiar with Trust returns, Estates and Probate.



What you'll need to succeed
You will be AAT, ATT or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience. You will be up-to-date with technology and able to bring ideas to the firm for its future development. You will have experience of managing a tax portfolio with a range of clients.


What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £60,000. The role is hybrid with 1 to 2 days working from home as required. There is on-site parking and flexible working options available, including full-time or part-time hours. Further details on application
