Your new role
As Finance Manager you will lead a small team in the preparation of monthly management accounts, and oversee all general bookeeping and ledger work.
You will lead on all balance sheet and external financial reporting, and at the year end you will help with the Audit.
You will provide leadership to your team and help them develop their skills to become the best that they can be.
Working with Operational teams you will lead the budget setting process and review variances.
What you\'ll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced ( Min AAT qualified) accountant.
You should have previous experience of leading a team.
You must be able to prepare management accounts and have a good knowledge of balance sheet control.
