Your new company
You will be working for a well-established (over 20 years ago) and successful business with an excellent reputation within their sector. They have ambitious plans to continue their expansion and are looking to appoint a Finance Manager (the number 1 in finance) to join their offices in Dorchester. You will be working with a highly motivated team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional service and a range of solutions to their clients.

Your new role
This job requires a hands-on Finance Manager to perform accounting and reporting functions as well as the management of a small finance team. You will be an integral part of the senior management team and will be contributing to the overall company success from a financial controls perspective. You will be hands-on with preparing monthly management accounts as well as preparing budgets, statutory accounting and leading the audit process.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA having worked in broad accounting roles within SME businesses, ideally with manufacturing or engineering exposure. You will have a commercial and analytical approach and the ability to influence senior stakeholders at board level.
