Your new company
Our client is a large, complex international group with the UK headquarters based near Warwick.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will lead the finance team, who have responsibility for the financial accounting and general ledger management of the UK business. You will have responsibility for actuals and forecasts, quarterly tax reporting and take a lead in both the internal and external audit.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant and a proven Finance Manager or Financial Controller, with strong Financial Accounting experience and proven staff management skills. Experience in distribution or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 10% and a generous pension contribution. You will also have a hybrid working model, with at least 3 days in the office leading the finance team and supporting the UK business.
