A leading firm of Chartered Accountants are looking to appoint an Audit Senior Manager to join their reputable Cheltenham office. This job opportunity has been created due to their excellent reputation in the marketplace and continued growth. They are seeking an ambitious and hard-working individual to complement their successful and busy team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will join a welcoming and high-performing team. As the Senior Audit Manager, you will be servicing clients, managing a team and supporting partners with business development and practice management. Responsible for maximising profitability from a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for budgeting, WIP, control and billing. Supporting partners in group sales and marketing activities, along with implementation and communication of new business strategies. You will also lead and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA qualified) who has operated at manager level delivering audit assignments and have leadership experience working for a well regarded firm. You must be comfortable managing your own portfolio and deadlines and be technically astute.
