Your new company
Your new company is a highly entrepreneurial Real Estate business. An owner manager SME who has proven to be different from their competitors, which has helped them grow substantial over recent years. Now operating in over 10 countries within over 50 different entities.

Your new role
In your new role you'll take ownership and execute financial projects including initiation, business requirement documentation, process mapping, viability, system selection and implementation of systems and processes. You will build robust business cases to secure investment for improvement projects. You will identify opportunities for technology-driven advancements in financial operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in leading the requirement gathering, business case building, development, implementation and optimisation of financial systems and processes to support a company's growth and financial excellence whilst reducing overall operational costs. You will have experience driving the functional transformation programmes and have a requirement to be hands on as well as providing leadership.
