Your new company
I am currently working with a leading international insurance broker looking to recruit a finance business partner to work closely with the retail broking division of the business. This is a business that has been through a period of change and transformation and is now looking to add commercially focused finance talent to support ongoing growth and development.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Business partnering with a range of senior stakeholders both finance and non-finance
  • Scenario modelling and business case writing to support commercial decision support
  • KPI analysis and reporting
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Working with leadership to instil accountability for EBITDA improvement and monitoring

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in a similar role with insurance sector experience is highly desirable. You will need strong communication and business partnering experience and experience in driving changes and process improvements is also highly desirable.
