Are you an ACA qualified Outsourcing Manager looking to upgrade to a Top 80 firm with 60 staff based in a prestigious location in Central London? Are you keen to manage your own portfolio of clients, manage a small yet growing team and be responsible for the overall performance of a successful and rapidly growing Accounts & Outsourcing department? Are you also looking to work for a firm where you can gain exposure to larger clients and better quality work, but also have a good work life balance, including hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days home working)? Based in the busy Outsourcing department, your role will be varied, and will include reviewing work carried out by other members of staff, which will include management accounts for clients (both monthly and quarterly), bookkeeping assignments, client training on software packages, VAT returns as well as ad hoc projects such as cash flows, budgeting and forecasting as well as Vat and PAYE inspections. Your role will mainly be supervisory and review based and will include managing all staff within the department and ensuring their development. You may have to prepare some more complex management accounts in a hands on capacity from time to time. Your client base will be varied and include an impressive array of growing SME businesses and large international clients, sectors including technology, professional practices, media, entertainment, property and retail. This is also a great opportunity to progress to a higher level in a short space of time.

To be considered for this new role (February 2024) it is likely you will be a qualified ACA with post qualification experience. You must either be operating at Manager or Senior Manager level or be a Supervisor / Assistant Manager and be ready to step up to full manager grade. Your current role must include the above duties and you must now be looking to upgrade to a firm where you can work with growing and entrepreneurial clients, as well as gain exposure to international clients. You must have experience managing your own portfolio of clients and be able to review the work of more junior members of staff. You will now be looking to upgrade to a busy and rapidly growing Outsourcing and Business Services department and continue to learn new skills and work with impressive clients to improve your technical knowledge.
