Your new role
Due to internal promotions, there is a newly created job opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner that has had exposure to system implementation (SAP) and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be part of a small, but driven and supportive finance team. You will be a key player in growth plans by supplying the business with expert financial and management accounting services. Build relationships with Directors, budget holders and Departmental Heads. Provide direction and robust challenge to non-finance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE), with previously experience of running complex projects. You will need to be able to show experience around the ownership of project budgeting in conjunction with establishing anticipated project spend and resources needed. Previous leadership experience in driving project workstreams and ensuring everything is documented and updated throughout the lifecycle of the project. Along with strong stakeholder management ability, business partnering skills, and an analytical & commercial mind-set.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £60,000 to £70,000 dependent on experience level plus benefits. Alongside an excellent working environment, you will be exposed to large growth projects where you will play a significant part in it collaborating with senior stakeholders on business crucial decisions.
