A prominent and well known Bristol employer and looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their FP&A team here in Bristol.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, they are looking for an experienced Business Partner to support the performance of the operations teams, providing insight and challenging results. This role operates as a great bridge between finance and non-finance teams and is a good opportunity for someone to help grow their career. Key element of the role will include:

  • Drive financial targets analysing projected future performance
  • Help execute financial strategy by delivering insight to support decision-making
  • Understand monthly P&L performance
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with wider finance teams to deliver accurate reporting

What you\'ll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge that is able to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment juggling multiple demands. You should have an ability to develop and influence relationships with different stakeholders and help support multiple teams. You should have a good ability to manage your own time and be able to travel from time to time to attend meetings.
