Your new company
A growing, international business are looking to recruit a qualified accountant to join the team on a permanent basis based in Bath reporting into the Financial Controller.
Your new role
The main focus of this role is to produce management accounts, whilst partnering with various internal departments to understand results and challenge differences against budgets in the P&L. You should be able to challenge and question team members and suggest areas for improvement. Main duties will include:

  • Prepare and review Management Accounts across different geographic regions
  • Distribute P&Ls and business partner with internal stakeholders
  • Manage a small team
  • Assist in the product of budgets
  • Assist in cashflow forecasts
  • Input into VAT returns and understand tax changes

What you\'ll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong technical skills, able to operate in a fast-paced international business. You should be a self-starter that is confident in challenging the business and elevating the finance function to be able to add value for the business. Ideally, you will have some experience of managing a small team and be excited about working in a varied and fast-paced business.
