As the Head of operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of this Hertfordshire based Accountancy firm. This is an interesting and varied role covering Client Relationship Management (Client Onboarding and Communication), Financial Management (Budgeting and Cost Control), Technology and Systems (Implementation and integration of accounting software and IT Support), Quality Assurance (standards and complies with regulations), Process Improvement, Regulatory Compliance (all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations), Risk Management.
As the Operations Manager in this dynamic Accountancy Practice you must be able to demonstrate a combination of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities. Proven and relevant experience in an Accountancy, Public Practice or Professional Services Firm would be highly desirable.
