Your new role
An Interim FP&A Manager role, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for the overall design and continuous improvement of standardised global FP&A processes. The design should strive for high levels of automation and standardisation, delivering efficiencies, and enabling data analysis and insight to drive business performance. This key role will form part of a cross-functional team that will deliver improvements in an agile way, working alongside the FP&A functions embedded in the business and at Group level.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive FP&A experience, in large and complex businesses. You will have a track record of designing and implementing best in class processes. Previous experience of using FP&A systems and tools, such as Hyperion. Experience of designing and developing process maps and activity documents. Proven successful project management experience to develop plans and manage risks. Ability to re-imagine processes with business outcomes in mind, while improving efficiency end-to-end. Previous experience in a shared services\' environment would be an advantage. You will be available to start at short notice and happy to commit to a 12 month FTC.
