Hays Senior Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing SME manufacturer in Lincolnshire.
Your new role
In this newly created role, reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for a finance team covering all aspects of bookkeeping, management and financial accounting, treasury, banking, VAT and reporting, balance sheet, budgeting, forecasting, intercompany accounting, audit and year-end.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an all round finance professional with proven experience gained in a commercial environment, ideally manufacturing, with knowledge of the whole life cycle of accounts and a good understanding of UK taxation and UK payroll. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent reporting, analysis and staff supervision experience. You will have experience of process review and making recommendations for improvements in systems and procedures. You will have experience of Sage and strong Excel capability. You will be living in commutable distance of Lincolnshire as the role is office-based.
